What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
I pay particular attention to the selection of items and the preparation of your orders; however, an error may sometimes occur (missing item, defect, etc.). If this happens, I invite you to contact me without delay.
What are the delivery times?
Your orders are carefully prepared within 24–48 business hours. The estimated delivery times by the carriers are as follows: France 2–5 business days, Europe 4–7 business days.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to make a return. Go to the returns portal by clicking here to submit your request and follow the instructions.

How does a pre-order work?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives in stock. Payment is made at the time of order confirmation to guarantee the reservation of your item.
The date indicated on the product page (and your order details) corresponds to an estimated shipping date or period. This is not a guaranteed delivery date: it may change slightly depending on the receipt of goods and transport.
If your order contains several items, including one or more on pre-order, it will be shipped all at once when all items are available. Items already in stock are reserved for you while waiting for the arrival of the last item. This also ensures you are only charged for delivery once.
As soon as your complete order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
💡 Good to know: if you wish to receive the items already available immediately without waiting for a pre-order item, we advise you to place two separate orders. Each order will then be subject to its own delivery charges.
